This study focuses on advanced imaging techniques that allow for the simultaneous measurement of multiple signals within live cells, a critical advancement in understanding complex biological systems. The research introduces a multiplexed imaging strategy that enables live-cell target detection via sequential fluorescence imaging, providing a more comprehensive view of cellular dynamics.
