Cross Country.
The St. Luke’s Cross Country Program welcomes any athlete or new athlete interested in running. Cross Country here at St. Luke’s provides an environment for every type of athlete. The intense training provides any athlete with the conditioning and endurance they need. The runners are all supportive of one another and push each other to become the best and strongest runners they can be. The Cross Country Team does not only just run in local meets, but also has the ability to travel to run meets in different places. In all, the Cross Country Program at St. Luke’s provides an encouraging and welcoming environment for any runner or anyone interested in starting a running career.
