Blackbaud Parent Portal.

S
t. Luke's will transition back to Blackbaud for the 2023-24 academic year. Students and parents will be able to access Blackbaud beginning summer 2023. Blackbaud is the one stop academic resource for all students and parents. You can track assignments, grades, communicate with the teacher and so much more. Blackbaud uses single sign on (SSO), so parents will set up their own credentials using the same email address that was provided on the contract. Need more help? Check out the links for downloadable PDFs to help you access Blackbaud.

Blackbaud Tuition Management.

St. Luke's utilizes Blackbaud Tuition Management for all of its student billings. Once your enrollment contract has been received and accepted, a family account will be created in Blackbaud Tuition Management. A welcome email will be sent from Blackbaud Tuition Management, which will include your account information and a link to set up your account.

Please monitor the email address listed under Parent 1 on the enrollment contract for the email from Blackbaud Tuition Management.

Google Campus.

St. Luke's is a Google campus. Our students access Google Classroom, use Google's word processing and spreadsheet programs and even print through the Google Cloud.

Check out the instructions to help you or your child access all that St. Luke's has to offer as a Google school.

Student Devices.

All University Campus students are required to have a device beginning the first day of school. St. Luke's has adopted a "Bring Your Own Device" philosophy to allow students and parents the autonomy of selecting the device that best fits their needs.

Students are required to have a Chromebook or Laptop computer. Chromebooks are preferred because of their seamless integration with our school's Google apps. Tablets, iPads, and smartphones are not permitted.
